A short, plain page: exactly what I collect, why, and how long I keep it.
Only what you type into the "Start a project" form: your name, company if you add it, email, WhatsApp number if you add it, the service line and package, budget range, timeline, project description, and any links you send. I also record the page language and the source of your visit (for example a campaign or an external link) so I know where the brief came from.
Only to respond to your request: reviewing the brief, contacting you, and preparing a written proposal. No newsletters, no marketing messages.
Briefs are kept for 12 months from the date they are sent, then deleted. If we work together, contract records are kept for as long as the law requires.
You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing the address below. I act on the request within a reasonable time.
Your data is never sold or shared with anyone else. Only the technical services needed to run the site and send me the notification are involved.
Visits are counted with Umami, a privacy-focused tool that sets no cookies and stores no personal data, so there is nothing to accept. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it.
Briefs are stored in a protected database that no visitor can read. Access is mine only.
