    01 / STORY

From building identities to building systems

    12+Years across three markets40+Identity systems

I began where people see the work: the brand, the image and the experience.

Over more than 12 years across Sudan, Oman and Saudi Arabia, I worked in branding, art direction, exhibitions and brand activation, then gradually moved into operations and project delivery.

I built more than 40 identity systems for organisations across sectors, working with teams, suppliers and decision-makers on projects spanning identity and advertising through to exhibitions and on-site experiences.

Over time, I started to notice a recurring pattern:

The problem is rarely the idea.

It is the system that turns the idea into a result.

    So my question changed.

    I no longer asked only

    What should this look like?

    I started asking
    • How will it work?
    • Who will run it?
    • What happens after it leaves my hands?

That shift led me further into operations, digital products, automation and AI.

I started building working websites and products, then workflows, CRM systems and AI agents connected to real data and business problems.

Today, I see design, operations and AI as connected disciplines.

I design what people see, and build the system that makes the work happen behind it.

This is where I work from today

    1. Vision
    2. System
    3. Execution

    02 / PRINCIPLES

    Principles I work by

    1. 01

      Evidence before claims

I do not build my reputation on what I say I can do.

I show what I have built, tested and achieved, and clearly distinguish what has worked in practice from what is still experimental.

    2. 02

The system matters more than the piece

Identity, product, workflow and AI are connected parts.

Their value emerges when they work together as one system.

    3. 03

Automation for repetition. People for judgment.

I let machines handle what repeats and can be controlled.

Decisions that need context and human judgment stay with people.

    4. 04

      Clarity before execution

Before any project begins, these questions must have clear answers:

      • What is the problem?
      • What is the scope?
      • What will we build?
      • How will we know we are done?
    5. 05

      Build before theorising

The best way to understand a system is to build and run it.

I prefer a working prototype, a real workflow or a product you can try over ten pages of theory.

    03 / TIMELINE

    The path

DESIGN → OPERATIONS → APPLIED AI

    1. 2013

      The beginning — Sudan

      Graphic Designer

I started in advertising and design, learning to turn ideas into real outputs while working within time, budget and client requirements.

    2. 2013–2015

      Oman

      Senior Graphic Designer

Working in the Omani market, I began treating a brand as a system that extends beyond its logo into campaigns, marketing materials and different touchpoints.

    3. 2016–2021

      Saudi Arabia

      Art Director

I moved from executing design to leading creative work.

Brand strategy, visual identity, campaigns, production, and managing teams and suppliers from idea to delivery.

    4. 2021–2024

Al Khafji Joint Operations — KJO / Aramco

      Senior Graphic Designer

The work expanded into a wider operational environment.

Projects, exhibitions, wayfinding, stakeholders, suppliers and deadlines: the quality of the outcome depended on how well the system worked, as well as the design itself.

    5. 2024–2025

      First Value

      CEO & Creative Director

I brought together brand strategy, creative leadership and managing work from idea to execution.

The focus moved toward building a clear brand direction and connecting it to the business and its outputs.

    6. 2025–2026

      Independent Practice

Operations · Digital Products · AI Automation

I shifted more clearly from producing outputs to building the systems that produce them.

Operations, projects, workflows, digital products and automation tied to real business problems.

    7. 2026—

      Operational Clarity

Operations × Applied AI × Product Building

Today, I work at the intersection of operations, AI and product building.

I build workflows, AI agents and digital products, turning real business problems into systems that can be operated and measured.

Current projects include Smart Field and LifeTent: the first demonstrates automation within a real sales process; the second is my experience of building an Arabic product from scratch.

    My approach is simple

    1. 01Understand the problem
    2. 02Design the system
    3. 03Build it
    4. 04Test it

    04 / CLOSING

    Ideas alone are not enough.

An idea needs a system that makes it work.

That system needs someone who understands the bigger picture and the details beneath it.

    This is where I work.
